Villa Ardilla’ is well furnished throughout and is very well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom.

There are 2 further bedrooms, which both contain twin beds. The master bathroom is on this level. The living room is on the upper floor. It is furnished with leather sofas and has patio doors leading to a large balcony with dining. The well-equipped kitchen is divided from the living room by a breakfast bar. For extra convenience there is a third bathroom on this floor. Villa access is through a 6' gate from a pedestrian walk way, makes this ideal for families with smaller children.

Swimming pool: The Swimming pool measures approx 7 x 3.5 metres and has an depth of 1.1 to 1.9 metres and is solar heated for your comfort. Please be advised that children should be attended at all times whilst using the swimming pool. In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night).

Pool is for sole use of the Clients.
